Mark Greenglass brings extensive experience in all facets of physical security including fire, burglary, medical emergencies, as well as freeze and flood damage. He is an expert resource and consultant on physical security both domestically and internationally, developing a deep understanding of the specialized needs of clients and their individual circumstances.

Most recently Mark established and operated Ambassador Alarm Systems, a full service security company providing state-of-the-art custom designed security installations for industrial, commercial and residential clients. Under Mark's direction for 23 years, Ambassador Alarm Systems developed into a leading boutique alarm company in the Boston area specializing in the customized design and installation of fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control, and camera systems across a wide range of environments.

Prior to forming Ambassador Alarm Systems, Mark focused on providing a full range of physical security services, from the training and supervision of security guards and attack dogs to the provision of personal body guard and investigative services. He also has extensive experience selling and servicing locks and safes, and is a bonded locksmith. He is a licensed Private Investigator, a licensed security system installer, and low voltage contractor. Mark is also a Reserve Deputy Sheriff and a certified NRA Firearms instructor.
